Introduction: JEPL is the leading real estate development and colonization company, an initiative of Klall Group and Eastman Impex Group of Ludhiana.
The company boasts of several parcels of lands, positioned in key locations of Ludhiana. The primary mission of this company is to develop these lands to provide good residential and commercial options to citizens of Ludhiana. History: The company was conceived by Mr. Mahesh Goyal of Klall Group and Mr. Vinay Singal of Eastman Impex Group on 31st day of May 2004. This was the time when Indian economy was going through a boom period and a major population of Ludhiana was going towards south city in Ludhiana. Having acquired huge chunks of land in the South city Area, both the visionaries thought of adding value to the lands, by developing these lands in to state of art housing projects.
“Janpath Villas” is the first initiative of the JEPL for development of the high end premium villas for rising citizens of Ludhiana. This project was launched on 11th the day of February 2011 to encourage the community living, as it has achieved wide spread recognition within the people of India. With the construction of housing villas, the company is also providing a international standard club house with amenities such as Tennis, Snooker, Swimming pool, Spa area etc. and two commercial complexes (one almost complete and another under construction).
Since its inception, JEPL has been the sponsor and promoter of numerous events in the Ludhiana city such as Chance for dance, Sports events in Police Academy, Phillaur and, Screening of couple of movie shows such as Zindagi na milegi Dobara and Agnipath”.
Currently, Mr. Mohinder Goyal, who is also the chairman of Klall Group, oversees the complete operations from Construction to Marketing of “Janpath Villas”. He is assisted by some of the very dedicated professionals for day to day operations such as Mr. Rajesh Gupta (General Manager (Corporate)) and Mr. Anil Bhandari (General Manager (Administration and commercial))
Till date, about 15 villas have been sold and 8-9 families have already put themselves on the road to serenity...
